Swans dominate as All-Australian team named

The Sydney Swans have dominated the All-Australian team with four players selected.
Nick Blakey, Errol Gulden, Chad Warner and Isaac Heeney were the quartet selected in a side that included seven new faces.
West Coast Eagles halfback Jeremy McGovern was one of the big inclusions, returning to the team after a five-year absence.

Hawthorn’s Dylan Moore, Coleman Medal winner Jesse Hogan, West Coast’s Jake Waterman, Carlton’s Jacob Weitering and Bulldogs star Adam Treloar, Blakey and Warner were the seven new players in the team.

Marcus Bontempelli was named captain with Carlton star Patrick Cripps vice-captain.
The other players in the list include Luke Ryan, Dayne Zorko, Dan Houston, Nick Daicos, Max Gawn, Caleb Serong, Jeremy Cameron, Lachie Whitfield, Lachie Neale and Zak Butters.
Gawn’s blazer is his seventh while it’s number six for Bontempelli.
The umpires named were Matt Stevic (field), Michael Barlow (boundary) and Matthew Dervan (goal).
