    Description

    Ingredients: Thistle seed, Rape Seed, Canary grass Seed, Wheat, Buckwheat, , Millet Seed, Safflower Seed, red milo, yellow milo, Non-Viable Hemp Seed, Mung Beans, Lettuce, Seed, Salt, Potassium Iodide, Ferrous Sulfate, Zinc Oxide, Manganous Oxide, Ferrous Carbonate, Mineral Oil, Iron Oxide, Copper Oxide, Calcium Periodate, Cobalt Carbonate, Calcium Propionate.
    Properly prepared ABBA Soak. The mixture has been soaked in cold water at room temperature for 8 hours, then drained, and kept moist in a glass jar for an additional 18 hours, at this point the ABBA Soak is washed thoroughly under running water and stored in the refrigerator. As needed, it is blended with 50% ABBA Green 92 or ABBA Red 93 and fed to the birds in a small amount at a time fresh everyday, and especially when the parent birds are feeding their youngsters.
    PREPARING & FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS Place the desired amount of ABBA Soak mixture in a glass jar, Cover it with water, soak  in the water at room temperature for 6 . Then drain the water, DO NOT RINSE. Let stay in same jar for additional 18 hours. Than wash the seed in a large coffee strainer under running water. Wash thoroughly, shake off excess water and feed in a small dish a small amount per day (according to the size of the bird) to the canaries and other seed eating birds such as European goldfinch, linnet, Siskin, chaffinches, Venezuelan Black Hooded Red Siskin,  etc. ABBA SOAK may be mixed with ABBA Green 92, ABBA Red 93, ABBA 92a with seed half and half. Feed enough of this moist mixture that the birds will consume in a couple of hours. Store remaining soak seed in the refrigerator.  Rinse thoroughly before using. The mixture is invaluable for feeding parents and fledging young. After soaking ABBA SOAK in water and it begins to spout, the protein content will increase considerably the valuable vitamins contained in it which are all beneficial to the health of the birds insuring good vigor, good productivity and vitality.
    CAUTION: Do not allow ABBA SOAK to go sour. In other words, do not feed a large quantity of it to the  birds. Feed enough that the birds will consume in a few hours. More caution should be exercised during the warm, muggy weather.
