I purchased the Cleaver and I have to say this is my favorite kitchen knife we have by far. It's so sharp and easy to use. Two nights ago we used it to cut through some New York strip steaks and I have never seen such clean cuts, and cut it like it was butter. It was probably a bit thick of a blade for the tuna to cut it without it sticking to much but it had no issues cutting the tuna into tiny poke sized cubes without crushing the or destroying meat. My other blade would have a tendency to tear and mash the tuna too much so even with this thicker style blade on a large tuna steak it performed amazing.
I had been looking for a good Damascus blade for a while and this one far exceeded my expectations. Its beautiful, balanced, and feels like a high quality item. I am a huge fan that it has the higher quality famed Japanese VG10 steel.
I cant wait to purchase more from the collection.

Absolutely phenomenal knife! Bought it for my mother as a Christmas gift and she loves it. She can cut vegetables with ease and cut other foods with great precision. Nice handle.
