    Description

    Lionel OO Scale/Gauge Pre War 5342 NYC Super-Detailed 001W 3-Rail WhistleTender, 1938 only.  Cosmetically is Excellent or better and has received full service including replacing the motor brushes. However, unable to have the relay operate properly. Either it whistles continuously and loudly when activated and will not stop or, after adjustment, the relay does not engage and whistle does not operate. Possibly some handy Ebayer can restore the whistle to operate properly.
