    Philip Treacy is often referred to as a milliner to the royals.  He is most famously known for designing 36 hats for the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton on the 29th April last year.  He also designed Madonna's head piece for the Super Bowl.  Celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker, and the like, are often seen donning his couture creations.  A hat or fascinator from Philip Treacy is truly the equivalent to purchasing a piece of artwork.
