British LNER (London North Eastern Railways) Class A3 "FLYING SCOTSMAN" with Corridor Tender. A wonderful and very well sculped, early Trix model for DC 2 rail use! A stunning and hard to find set which was made in a small quantity back in the mid `60ties. These Trix models often come with corroded wheels, or even broken off ones. They are very hard to find in such mint and crisp condition as this one still is! it's a lovely and stunning model to add to your collection! The loco is like new, the tender shows a few tiny repairs at the wheel holders which you hardly see, These are the true investments of the future! An awesome model! Very well made. Heavy too!. The original box is also present! It looks good, some surface wear! The original foam tray is in great shape! The originla paperwork is also included. Be keen on this seldom seen model.
